Job DescriptionThe Role A new opportunity has arisen in our Employment team for a Senior Associate looking for the next step in their career (minimum 5 years' experience in either general disputes or Employment). Based in our Perth office, you will work with a highly experienced Partner on a range of Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety matters covering:
Disputes (Fair Work Commission and Federal Court)Employment advisory workMisconduct/disciplinary issuesWorkplace investigationsIR related matters (strategy, negotiations and disputes)Workplace Safety advice and representation Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You We would welcome applications from Senior Associates/Lawyers with the following:
