We are growing in the Brisbane market and are building out our corporate and commercial teams in other national offices.Key Responsibilities Undertaking M&A transactions and cradle to grave transaction services assistance;Conducting legal research and drafting technical advice;Drafting and negotiating legal agreements and contracts including shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and licensing agreements;Assisting with and attending marketing and business development activities;Managing client relationships and providing high-quality service to clients;Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and support staff, as well as assisting with team management;Working collaboratively with other teams in the firm.Requirements We are open-minded and want to ensure we keep our mind open.
You could have anywhere from 3-20 years' + post admission experience with experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering practical and commercially sound advice to clients.Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Your new team Our team is made up of highly skilled and dedicated legal professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
