About the role Are you passionate about Salesforce development and eager to contribute to impactful projects?
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Associate Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce Development team in our Customer Markets Technology team.
In this role, you will analyse, build, and support Salesforce-based solutions that will enhance business operations and streamline processes. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and business stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality development work and drive continuous improvement.
We have a strong team culture of knowledge sharing and supporting each other, and this is a great opportunity to work alongside a large team of Salesforce technical experts to learn and develop your skills.
What you'll be doing: Create, build, test, and deploy customised solutions on the Salesforce platform Build and manage custom applications, workflows, and triggers to improve business processes Work closely with SDMs, Delivery Leads, Release Managers and Solution Architects to ensure timely delivery of BAU support and projects Optimise and maintain Salesforce configurations and customisations to ensure performance and scalability Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to drive continuous system improvement. About you What you'll bring to the role: You're early on in your career with 1-2 years industry experience Knowledge of Salesforce CRM capabilities: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio Experience with Salesforce development tools: Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies Familiarity with Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and sharing rules You love problem-solving and finding solutions A team player who is eager to learn and build your skills Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with Agile software development experience is a plus Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I, OmniStudio Consultant) is a plus.
