We are now hiring for our 2024 Associate Academy, and we understand what it takes to be the best of the best when it comes to recruitment. We can provide the platform for you to take your current experience and make you successful in recruitment. You must also be able to demonstrate how you have built relationships in a sales or customer service role, and you must be fearless, resilient, results driven and ambitious. We'll help you with the rest.
Recruitment is a sales role and as such you will be expected to hit targets and be motivated by earning commission on top of your basic salary.
What You'll Do: As an Associate you'll work with our award-winning recruitment teams in either the Technology or Energy sector. You'll spend time cultivating relationships with clients and candidates, networking, and establishing your brand as the go-to in your space for finding the best talent.
To ensure you are set up for success, you'll take part in our intensive, market-leading training program. Alongside this you'll experience ongoing learning, support, coaching and mentoring to ensure the foundation for a successful career in recruitment, an excellent earning potential, the chance to work with some of the best colleagues in the industry, and of course, with some of our phenomenal clients.
