You will be working on a broad range of real estate finance matters spanning secured and unsecured, syndicated, club and bilateral facilities, both cross-border and domestic. The practice includes real estate debt transactions, including large syndicated financing transactions, development finance and non-bank lending transactions (including traditional senior debt, unitranche, mezzanine debt and others).
