Most public liability and professional indemnity practices are separated in Melbourne, making this a unique chance for a professional indemnity lawyer looking to add public liability experience to their skills or a public liability lawyer looking to gain professional indemnity experience.

Join a team of 15, including 9 Senior Associates, Special Counsels, and 2 Partners. This strong senior presence ensures mentorship while you transition into a new area and develop your skills.

You will have access to a range of clients, including major Australian and international insurers, ASX-listed companies and self-insured organisations on a variety of statutory, work cover, public liability, injury, property damage, and professional indemnity cases.

The partners are renowned for handling large-scale, multifaceted disputes and high-stakes, contentious issues such as class actions. They have experience defending public liability litigation matters for one of Australia's largest commercial property owners.
