We're seeking a passionate and driven Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic Digital Consumer Finance team in Sydney.
You'll play a key role in bringing our ambitious vision to life by planning and delivering impactful change initiatives alongside strategic partners.
How will I help? Lead and deliver projects within the Digital Consumer Finance domain.Ensure adherence to project frameworks and compliance with Group standards.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Manage project resources, track progress, and report on key metrics.Drive process improvements and ensure successful project delivery.Contribute to business case development and benefits realization.What do I need? Experience in project management within a complex environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and deliver to high standards.Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable).Experience in risk management (desirable).What's it like to work there?
