We're looking for an Associate Project Manager/Project Controller to join our dynamic team in Perth.
In this role, you'll play a key part in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients on-site, and drive project efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

What You'll Do: Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.Control project budgets, procurement, and invoicing to maintain positive cash flow.Collaborate with stakeholders on commercial and contractual aspects, maximizing variation opportunities.Optimize resource allocation to improve project efficiency and ensure team success.Work with technical teams to deliver cost-effective, compliant solutions aligned with client specifications.Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing technical and commercial issues with proactive communication.Support Sales with risk assessments and help refine proposals to mitigate project risks.Establish and enforce processes for managing scope, quality, safety, and performance standards throughout the project lifecycle.What We're Looking For: A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control, Automation, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management or related roles, ideally with a focus on Safety Systems or Automation Systems projects.Familiar with the standards IEC61508/61511 and IEC 62443.Preferably PMP or Chartered Engineer.Preferably PM Skills and IMS/IFS process.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.Why HIMA?
