We are looking for a strong project lead who prides themselves on delivery and design excellence, and is a passionate people leader in support of our team's growth in Perth.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects from inception to completion: preparation of project plans which include resources schedules, deliverable schedules, drawing registers and any required quality management outputs.Critical thinking and problem solving: identify and implement solutions for any problems that might affect project quality, milestones or finances.Client relationship management: partner with leaders to understand client needs, ensuring the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. Manage client and consultant relationships, including engagement, contracts, invoices and communications.Team leadership and development: review team members' architectural documentation including detailed design, renderings and presentations required across all project stages.
