About the Role Joining our Interior Architecture sector, you will work with a national team of design leaders who work across a huge breadth of projects. We are looking for a strong project lead who prides themselves on delivery and design excellence, and is a passionate people leader in support of our team's growth in Perth.
Key Responsibilities Deliver projects from inception to completion: preparation of project plans which include resources schedules, deliverable schedules, drawing registers and any required quality management outputs. Critical thinking and problem solving: identify and implement solutions for any problems that might affect project quality, milestones or finances. Client relationship management: partner with leaders to understand client needs, ensuring the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. Manage client and consultant relationships, including engagement, contracts, invoices and communications. Team leadership and development: review team members' architectural documentation including detailed design, renderings and presentations required across all project stages. Coach and develop junior staff and actively contribute to studio culture and staff engagement. Business development: establish and build on relationships with clients and external project contacts, assisting in identifying new opportunities. About You We look forward to welcoming someone with prior experience in commercial workplace interiors in addition to:
7 – 10+ years post graduate experience. Demonstrated experience in delivering projects. Passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends and research to incorporate innovative ideas into your work. Capable of mentoring, leading and developing junior team members. Experience managing projects end to end. Strong Revit and Adobe skills. 3D modelling (Rhino, Grasshopper or Dynamo) will be highly regarded and ideal, but are not essential. Design communication skills to convey design concepts through imagery and diagrams. A true passion for design and desire to contribute to the Architectus studio culture.
