As an Associate Programmatic Specialist at Monks you will work with our stellar team to support clients with their digital media endeavors.
This is a consultative role advising clients on ways to harness different technology solutions, and optimise their digital media performance to drive long-term value and manage their media campaigns.
Technology is outpacing our clients' abilities to adopt and implement these tools so they look to our team for our strategic knowledge of the digital space coupled with our platform know-how to bring results.
Responsibilities will include: Support & Manage all aspects of display, video, mobile, and social advertising campaigns.Analyze data for reporting and optimizing advertising campaigns.Support & Develop initiatives and tactics designed to drive incremental spend within the client patch and the wider team.Provide analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.Develop campaign, marketing, sales, and operational materials and best practices for internal teams and clients.Support the sales team with pre-sales and marketing efforts.Help manage strategic initiatives to improve the business processes and operations as Media.Monks continues to grow at a rapid pace.What you bring to it: Successful candidates will have 1-2 years experience in programmatic platforms.Previous experience managing campaigns, specifically, setting up, optimizing & reporting on a DSP.Strong data analysis abilities, attention to detail & verbal and written communication skills.Skills in Amazon DSP, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, TTD, XandR (preferable).Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover and test new ideas.Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun startup environment.Desire to build a company from an early stage.What we offer: Comprehensive salary & benefits package.Opportunity to be a part of and contribute to the success of a market disruptor in the advertising industry.We provide a robust learning program to train on cross-platform (Programmatic, Search & Social platforms).Well supported role in a growing team.Join a welcoming, ambitious, and collaborative team.About Monks Monks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
