About the Role:We are seeking an Associate Product Manager – Partnerships to join our Strategic Partnerships team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing product lifecycles for Arrotex's strategic product partnerships.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management, product integration, and performance monitoring within the pharmaceutical industry.
The Associate Product Manager - Partnerships will support the Senior Product Manager - Partnership and Partnerships Manager with: The integration of new products and programs into the Arrotex pharmaceutical portfolio ensuring product launches and integration projects are executed effectively and in a timely manner.Monitoring the performance of each strategic partnership, to ensure that performance is continually and critically assessed and to ensure that revenue is delivered above and beyond the expectations of the Arrotex business.Ongoing tracking of revenue expectations throughout the lifespan of respective partnerships.Key Responsibilities: Brand & Portfolio Management: Support brand performance tracking, annual planning, and budgeting.Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, demand forecasting, and creating impactful presentations for senior management.Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product marketing activity is aligned to the market share and revenue expectations of respective partnerships.Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market share data, and competitor initiatives and translate market and portfolio forces into actionable plans or recommendations for new business or course correction strategies.Where required, support the broader portfolio management team to develop design and creative briefs to create effective marketing tools to aid successful brand plan execution.Partnership Strategy: Assist in identifying growth opportunities, building business cases, and expanding product lines into new channels within the pharmacy space.Compliance and Professional Development: Ensure all activities comply with legal, ethical and industry regulations and standards.
Commit to ongoing professional development to stay current with market trends.Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years' marketing experience, ideally with high-volume products in pharmaceuticals or a similar field.Understanding of the prescription medicines landscape with a focus on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and current and future dynamics that impact the Arrotex portfolio and product pipeline.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmacology, Science, or a related field.Experienced in stakeholder management and working in a cross-functional team.Development of project briefs: Creative, Media, Research.Participating in the management of small & large budgets as required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical tools like PowerBI.Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.Demonstrates a proactive and can-do attitude.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
