The Role:
They  looking for a Associate to Mid-Weight Product Manager to join their team, focusing on online features that will boost customer engagement and drive platform growth. You'll collaborate with a passionate group of engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to build great products that enhance user experience.

This is a perfect fit for someone who's eager to take the next step in their product management career, and grow within a fast-paced and supportive environment with guidance from experienced leaders.
Key Responsibilities: You'll be working closely with a well-structured product team and getting involved  key product initiatives. Dive into customer research and be involved in product discovery, MVPs, and other key features for the platform. Collaborate with engineers, UX teams, and stakeholders to improve platform features like verification, payments, and product discovery. Optimize the customer journey, from search to booking completion, ensuring a seamless user experience. Report on key metrics and outcomes to senior stakeholders. Work with teams across Australia, Europe, and beyond to align product development with business goals. What They are Looking For: 1-2 years in a product management role, or previous experience in digital roles. Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment—someone who knows how to juggle workloads and get things done. Solid understanding of product management principles, but you don't need to be an expert. Problem-solving skills with the ability to find scalable solutions. Great communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment (MVP/MVO experience is a bonus).
