What you'll do In the Associate Product Manager position, you will support us in the pursuit of creating the future of the rapidly growing retail media industry.
You will play a pivotal role in contributing to the development and growth of our platform product offerings and making a meaningful impact on our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, advertising and product management to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Main accountabilities: Assist the Group Product Manager in conducting user research activities to gather feedback and insights to inform product decision-making.
Translate market needs into new product features and functionality, along with validating and prioritising ideas in collaboration with other product peers.
Work closely with key stakeholders to build go-to-market and process optimisation plans.
Create and maintain product requirement documentation and user stories, as well as assisting in analysing product performance metrics and user feedback.
Support product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer onboarding activities.
What you'll bring To be successful in this position, you'll demonstrate: 1 to 3 years of product management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Experience with agile development methodologies and/or experience in retail/e-commerce will be considered advantageous.
