About The Role Own and drive initiatives from ideation through implementation at launch to support the global expansion of Luxury Escapes.Identify and fill product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.Design and deliver new product features using agile project methodologies, including feature backlog management, sprint planning and user story management.Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the organisation.Contribute and collaborate on a broad spectrum of product initiatives, including UX, connectivity, localisation, voice of the customer and more.Measure and report on crucial product metrics, making sure they are completed in a consistent and timely manner.Your background Strong academic record – while technical skills are a plus, there is no requirement to come from a computer science background.A demonstrated interest in startups, building businesses or entrepreneurship.Problem-solver who's willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.Passionate about building products that customers love.Proven collaboration skills.What's in it for you?
