See yourself in our team The Home Buying team is responsible for end-to-end management of CommBank's Home Loan business including distribution through proprietary and third-party channels, acquisition, retention, customer experience, risk, product and continuous improvement.
Within Home Buying, the Specialty Pathways Squad has responsibility for Home Buying's specialty products including Construction and Bridging Loans and in addition, we support low deposit customers through our Guarantors and Government Schemes products.

As an Associate Product Manager, you play a supporting role in managing our specialty products and low deposit lending solutions in line with our policy, compliance, risk, pricing, and procedure requirements.
Most importantly you will have a customer obsession that enables us to optimise our products.
Your key responsibilities/focus areas will include: Supporting the squad to manage the product development backlog to deliver on the squads vision, goals and roadmap Collaborating with members of the squad and key stakeholders to find the right solutions to solve the most valuable problems and delivery outcomes to deliver maximum value Managing product exception requests to deliver optimal customer and business outcomes, leveraging Subject Matter Expertise Supporting the squad members in project activities when necessary, demonstrating agility and flexibility to wear many hats (Business Analyst/Product Manager/Data Analyst/Customer/Risk) to deliver outcomes Support the management of operational risk incidents and issues relating to the products, uplifting and implementing controls where required Monitoring and acting on competitor, regulatory, customer and industry changes We're interested in hearing from people with and seeking to sharpen their: Financial services experience in a high performing environment within Retail Banking, Product, Credit Risk, Finance, Operations Home Buying Product experience in financial industry will be highly regarded, along with Business Analyst experience Experience working in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with others Delivery and execution experience with ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills Strong planning and time management skills Commercial acumen and professional judgement with the ability to make recommendations and draw out insights Risk Mindset – All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
