What you'll do Market Research and Customer Insights: Conduct research, analyse competitor activity, and gather user feedback to understand market trends, customer needs, and identify areas for improvement in the online marketplace.Product Planning and Roadmapping: Support the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with BIG W's overall market strategy.Agile Product Development: Contribute to user stories, help prioritise features, manage the product backlog, and actively participate in agile ceremonies.Stakeholder Management and Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and key insights to stakeholders, building strong relationships with internal and external partners.Continuous Learning and Development: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the online marketplace.
