The Experience Org is responsible for the delivery of all customer, partner and team member experiences as we seek to digitalise the complex process that is an Australian home loan. We enable homeowners and home seekers and our team members with the ability to settle (and support settling) a home loan, online.
We are looking for a customer focused Associate Product Manager to help us deliver the world's best digital home loan experiences.
Our roadmap includes a large amount of greenfield product and digital product iterations to automate every aspect of the Australian home ownership journey for our customers, team members. This cannot be done alone - we need the support and alignment of all of our strategic partners to help us achieve this.
As Associate Product Manager, you will support specific partnership agreements, co-ordination and oversight of delivery of platform functionality, driving the delivery of product to improve user outcomes; work alongside our Strategic Partnerships team in Distribution, our wider Product and Customer teams to drive and co-ordinate the delivery of new capabilities and products.
This is a hands-on, fast paced position where the successful applicant will lead by example and ensure successful conceptualisation, quarterly planning preparation, and support for many of our key partnership initiatives for delivery.
Please note, this is a 10 month Max-Term Contract for Mat leave cover. Help shape our immediate and long term strategic partnerships vision with Head of Strategic Partnerships and co-ordinate team priorities in conjunction with the GM of Lending and the Experience Leadership teamthrough various cadences. Become a Subject Matter Expert for our strategic partnerships support across the business Interact and build strong working relationships with stakeholders including Customers and Brokers, Distribution, Centre of Excellence, Strategic Partnerships, Legal and Compliance, etc. Partner with, and be a bridge for Product Managers, Engineers and Designers with our Strategic Partnerships teams to ensure our Products are well defined, high impact and can be successfully implemented Assist the SPM to manage some of our existing strategic partnerships with players like PEXA and FMS Provide support for the SPM to negotiate agreements with key partners that can be leveraged for newly proposed product features and capabilities Build of business cases with clear returns on investment to get approval for investment ahead of delivery Manage the co-ordination of getting a new product scoped into a Product team, including supporting communication and any trainingor knowledge that may be required, where appropriate, leaning on partners to support with the latter Strong grasp of measures of success, and demonstrate data based decision making Use tools and techniques, including continuous discovery, to identify areas for improvement, lead research and plan for new opportunities, enhancements and innovationdriven by new and existing partnerships Proactively seek out new partnership opportunities alongside the Strategic Partnerships team that can help deliver increased value to the business and all its stakeholders Support with driving out deeper relationships across our Lender Partnerships with our Head of Strategic Partnerships and team Lead the administrative responsibilities of the team, maintaining confluence spaces and ensuring our workflow tools (e.g. JIRA) are used appropriately and effectively Take ownership of meeting agendas, minutes, actions and any other engagement related activities relating to our strategic partners and internal teams Qualifications Experience in Product Management (mandatory) Experience working with JIRA and Confluence (preferable) Experience in Home Loans, Finance or Banking (preferable) Experience in Partnerships management and oversight Experience in analytics, consumer funnels or complex digital transactions The ability to work closely with colleagues of all level across the Group from CEO down Clear communication skills to be able to successfully communicate our priorities, scope projects and oversee delivery on a vision And most importantly, the experience in getting stuff delivered Additional Information We're Flex First which means we've fully embraced flexible working from home and have metropolitan city offices for those who do want to work from the office.
