Country Arts SA is seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Producer to join our Performing Arts team, based either in Adelaide or regional South Australia.
As Associate Producer, you will play a key role in bringing high-quality performing arts experiences to regional communities.
You will have experience in coordinating all aspects of project delivery.
In your role you will:
Coordinate the delivery of performing arts tours and events.Work closely with artists, producers, and community presenters to ensure successful project outcomes.Support the Executive Programmer in various aspects of performing arts programming.If you're passionate about the arts, highly organised, and thrive in a dynamic environment coordinating multiple projects and events while collaborating with diverse individuals, this opportunity may be perfect for you.

This full-time role is being offered as a 2-year fixed-term position, offered at ASO4 plus super.
We are looking for someone who has: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budget constraints.Experience in coordinating all aspects of project delivery, including budgets, contracts, logistics, and event safety.A sound understanding of the needs of artists and communities, with a demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with First Nations artists and communities.Experience with performing arts, touring, and venue operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.Benefits:Make a real difference in the lives of regional South Australians.
