Associate Producer, Creative Production

An exciting opportunity exists at State Library of Queensland for an Associate Producer to work within the Creative Production unit.
A key focus of the Associate Producer, Creative Production is to support the delivery of production services and event administration for State Library of Queensland's suite of internally produced events including award ceremonies, symposiums and exhibition launches.
In this role you will: Assist in developing and delivering high quality events, that support State Library programming and activation objectives.
Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of internal stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of production services.
Administer internal venue bookings and CRM Assist in building and maintaining guest lists, RSVP's and ticketing systems Support the preparation of venue and technical documentation for event set up teams and audio-visual operators including schedules, run sheets, catering and entertainment riders.
Attend programmed events and contribute as an active event day team member in both front of house and backstage roles when required.
Contribute to a positive and safe work environment by modelling conduct that is culturally capable, inclusive, respectful, and ethical.
Administrative experience utilising ticketing and venue management software will be highly regarded.
