Due to our continued growth and expanding project pipeline, there is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Statutory Planner to join our APAC Planning team in Brisbane.

We currently service a pipeline of energy transition, commercial, industrial and health projects.Our modern Brisbane office boasts incredible bridge and river views and is home to over 120 technical experts across multiple disciplines.
We work in a flexible office environment and pride ourselves on our relaxed and positive culture, regular social events and positive client feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a crucial member of our expanding QLD Planning team your role will see you undertake:Planning analysis and research delivering exceptional resultsManaging projects without direct supervisionLiaising with clients, councils, consultants & other government agenciesCompile statutory approval and permit DA's and major project packagesWorking across multi-disciplinary projects within a consulting environmentBusiness development and high-level client relationship managementExperienceNot only will you bring a great attitude and enthusiastic approach to your work, you will also have:A degree in town planning (Bachelors minimum, Masters advantageous)8-15 years working experience within a consulting business with direct experience in town planning, property, and development.Excellent report writing skillsAbility to work across multiple sectors (Infrastructure, Commercial, Health, Renewables and Energy Transition) and on interstate projectsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to function effectively within a friendly, supportive and high performing teamBenefitsOur culture is unique where we work together to collaborate on projects to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
