Due to our continued growth and expanding project pipeline, there is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Statutory Planner to join our APAC Planning team in Brisbane . Our team is made up of a group of highly skilled and motivated Planners with an enthusiastic approach to life and work. We currently service a pipeline of energy transition, commercial, industrial and health projects.

Key Responsibilities
As a crucial member of our expanding QLD Planning team your role will see you undertake:
Planning analysis and research delivering exceptional results Managing projects without direct supervision Liaising with clients, councils, consultants & other government agencies Compile statutory approval and permit DA's and major project packages Working across multi-disciplinary projects within a consulting environment Business development and high-level client relationship management Experience
Not only will you bring a great attitude and enthusiastic approach to your work, you will also have:
A degree in town planning (Bachelors minimum, Masters advantageous) 8-15 years working experience within a consulting business with direct experience in town planning, property, and development. Excellent report writing skills Ability to work across multiple sectors (Infrastructure, Commercial, Health, Renewables and Energy Transition) and on interstate projects Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to function effectively within a friendly, supportive and high performing team Benefits
