An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Melbourne team for an Associate Principal Mechanical Engineer to join us on a twelve-month fixed-term basis!
What you will deliverAs the Associate Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for project quality, robustness and delivery of manufacturing systems suitable for the cell therapy market.
In addition, you will:
Lead a team of mechanical and cross-functional engineers on projects.
Delivering project outcomes on time, on budget and achieving client satisfaction;Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize the design, development and operation of programs, delivering solutions that meet internal and external client needs;Deliver robust and high-quality solutions that are compliant with all applicable business and regulatory requirements through own effort or as part of a development team;Provide leadership and mentoring of team associates in the mechanical engineering discipline to ensure high quality deliverables;Provide mechanical engineering supervision to operating projects;Budget setting, tracking and forecasting for project mechanical effort;Establish, implement and manage build activities within Invetech's staged development programs; andLead and support sales activities.What you will bringYou will be a collaborative team player with a passion for discovery and a commitment to workplace wellbeing and safety.

You will also bring:
