They will be an experienced pastor of outstanding character, with strengths in Bible teaching, leadership development, and evangelistic endeavour.
Under the guidance of the Lead Pastor, they will help lead the congregation, with upfront visibility on Sunday and midweek gatherings, and be entrusted with oversight and management of specific ministry areas.The Associate Pastor will be based at City on a Hill Melbourne East, report to the Lead Pastor, and work closely with the team of pastors and staff.
