We are now seeking an experienced and dedicated person to become an Associate Partner within our Accounting & Tax division in Bairnsdale.
This is an empowering leadership role that will allow you to connect with a portfolio of clients while providing support and growth through building successful relationships both internal and external to the business.
Key deliverables will include: Build and maintain positive client relationships. Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions. Conduct risk and compliance management, promoting quality culture. Stay updated on technical knowledge for regulatory compliance. Contribute to Findex's strategy and drive internal improvement projects. Enhance team engagement and performance. Support cultural initiatives led by the People & Culture team. Mentor and coach a small team for career growth. Empower team members through ongoing development and training. Collaborate effectively with other departments and specialists. Let's talk about you! CPA or CA qualified. Experienced Senior Leader in accounting and tax. Engaging contributor who connects with peers and stakeholders. Diplomatic and professional in interactions.
