We are growing our Investigations and Inquiries team and are currently seeking a talented associate or senior associate to work in our Sydney office.
The team has extensive experience representing clients facing allegations of bribery and corruption, money laundering, sanctions violations, integrity issues and regulatory enforcement.
The team have acted on matters involving AUSTRAC, ASIC, APRA and have represented clients in royal commissions and inquiries.
You will work across the full regulatory lifecycle, from regulatory advice to strategy, compliance, enforcement and remediation across a range of industries including financial services, gambling, pharmaceuticals and technology.
Candidates must have +4 years PQE with experience of AML/CTF legislation in Australia.
Candidates with front-end AML/CTF advisory experience within the financial services sector will also be considered highly favourable.
