Associate Or Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor

Seeking an Associate or Experienced Senior QS for a well-established consultancy with an impressive list of projects in the pipeline.
Our client is a leading provider of independent advisory services. With a National reach they are a trusted source of construction cost and Property project management services ensuring the delivering of projects on budget and within agreed timelines.

They are now seeking an experienced Associate or Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen the Perth business. The role will report into the Associate Director and actively support the growth of the WA team. With excellent relationship building skills and proven client interface experience you will be working across a diverse range of iconic projects.

You will be proficient in the following:
Proven experience in cost planning, analysis and estimating. Proven estimating ability and / or quantity surveying experience including the preparation of engineering estimates, quotes or tenders A background within contracting and / or consultancy experience Be a member or eligible for AIQS or RICS Advanced computer skills including Estimating software such as Cost X. You will hold a relevant qualification/background e.g. Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quality Surveying or related Discipline. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, and you will be a team player with a hands-on approach.
