In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions across a diverse range of clients and managed funds within our Corporate Trustee Services business unit.
About the role: Handle regular operational tasks, including necessary filings with service providers, regulatory authorities, and government bodies, following established processesManage records for seamless operations, ensuring all filings are up-to-date and compliant.Assist with fund-related expenses and invoices as neededCreate and maintain procedure manuals to ensure smooth operations, and provide ongoing updatesActively contribute to recommendations for operational enhancementsProvide accurate and timely data to internal and external stakeholders (administrators, platforms, researchers, etc.)
