Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Urgent Care CentrePermanent Part Time - 64 hours per fortnightClassification: dependent on qualifications and experienceAward: Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024An exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse to step up into a leadership role, working as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager within our Urgent Care Centre.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operational management of the Urgent Care Centre, in the absence of the Nurse Unit Manager.We are looking for someone with the following qualities:Embrace and promote the values of MDHS – Genuine, Respect, Excellence, Accountability & TogethernessCurrent AHPRA registrationMotivated team leaderEmergency qualifications and/or experienceAdvanced level of skill within an ED/UCC environmentPatient centred careExcellent communicationAdvanced Life Support certificateMeets the Key Selection Criteria in the attached position descriptionWhat's in it for you?Great Working Environment – Join a group of motivated health care professionals with a permanent contract.
