About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to deliver high-quality care across varied health service settings. In this role, you will enhance your clinical expertise, guide junior staff, and support the Nurse Unit Manager in leadership and operational duties.
Key responsibilities include ensuring continuity of care, implementing practice improvements, and assisting with key management tasks such as recruitment, rostering, and performance reviews. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership skills in a collaborative, patient-centred environment.
About you We are looking for a motivated and skilled nursing professional who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Proven ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience or Clinical Nurse classification, with demonstrated competence in nursing practice.Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and quality improvement systems within the healthcare setting.Please refer to the Role Description as we'd love to hear from you!
