About the Role KDHS Renal Dialysis Unit is a very busy nurse-led haemodialysis unit that has three chairs and currently operates Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays, two sessions a day.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is fully qualified in haemodialysis and is passionate about providing quality health care to our Renal Dialysis patients. There is one nurse on each shift, and supernumerary days will be provided.
The successful candidate must be committed to inspiring a culture of continuous quality improvement and enabling an engaged and safe work environment. This person will also possess the ability to act as a mentor or preceptor to other nurses, including students and graduate nurses.
As an ANUM, you must be able to demonstrate highly developed time management skills and work as an active and engaged team member, as well as delegate for the Nurse Unit Manager when required.
