This role will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager in the promotion and maintenance of clinical standards, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care, strategic and effective cost management, supervision of staff, and contribute to the overall management of the unit.
About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a motivated, highly skilled, and experienced Registered Nurse to provide day-to-day leadership and management of the Rehabilitation Unit team in the position of Associate Nurse Unit Manager. Working cohesively alongside other various clinical services to help patients in our 26-bed unit recover and provide positive outcomes for them and their families in a safe and caring environment.
