(Pro Rata) RN/M2A| Full Time – Contract Until October 2025 with potential for ongoingJoin our Corporate Nursing Services team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager and help support our commitment to quality patient care! About the role: Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and Nurse Manager, Outpatient Support Services (OSS), you will provide nursing services in a variety of health service settings which has been consolidated by experience and/or further study. As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager, duties for the role may include:
Participate in clinical teaching, overseeing learning experience, and goal setting for students, new staff and staff with less experienceAssist and support the OSS Nurse Unit Manager or equivalent in management, clinical and education activitiesAssist with data extraction and analysis to assist with continuous quality improvement activitiesAct as a resource person within an area based on knowledge, experience and skillsAbout you: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamAbility to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervisionRegistered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificateProven experience in delivering high quality and safe care consistent with the National Safety and Quality Health Care Service StandardsApplication Closing Date: 11.55 pm Tuesday 17th December 2024
