+ Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice BenefitsFull-time temporary up to 1/2/25About the Role As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), you will play a key role in supporting the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) or equivalent in leading and managing our dedicated nursing team.
You will work closely with the NUM to ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent care across the unit, collaborating with other ANUMs and healthcare staff to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Your leadership will help to create a positive and supportive work environment where nurses can thrive and patients receive exceptional care.
In this dynamic role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including assisting with staffing, rostering, and leave management, as well as supporting recruitment and performance management processes.
You will also be involved in the financial and supplies planning and monitoring to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.

About You We are looking for a skilled and dedicated mental health nurse to join our team, bringing both clinical expertise and strong leadership qualities.
The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent care to individuals with complex mental health needs while fostering a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Registered Nurse with current practising certificate and a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent).Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and facilitating change.At least three years post-registration experience in mental health nursing, including the supervision and coordination of staff.Strong knowledge of mental health nursing theories, policies, and legislation, with a focus on recovery-based approaches.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
