Our Goal is to support and provide best and safe care to all patients through the entire journey of their kidney disease.The position is required to demonstrate expert knowledge and skills while assuming a prominent management focus in the unit. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to these areas: leadership, clinical expertise, research, evidence-based practice and education and learning.You will be a part of the Multidisciplinary Renal Team assisting patients to receive nursing care at home as well as outpatient and inpatient settings, a registered facility setting or referral to other appropriate services.To be successful in this role you must have:A minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant nursing specialty with current AHPRA registrationPrevious/recent leadership experiencePost-graduate qualification in renal nursing or working toward the sameEffective management and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a high degree of flexibilityExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work in a busy environment and prioritize workloadA current Victorian Driver's licenceApplications close 11:59pm on 18 November 2024.
