We are seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our Emergency Department in Port Lincoln.
This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills while leading a team in providing exceptional care to our community.
As the ANUM, you will play a key role in supporting the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager by providing leadership and guidance to the nursing team.
You will oversee the delivery of high-quality care, ensure practice changes are effectively implemented, and contribute to the day-to-day management of the ward, including performance management, staffing, and financial planning.
With a focus on promoting continuity and consistency of care, you will also support less experienced staff in their development.
What We're Looking For Current registration as a Nurse or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
At least 3 years of post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
Experience in supervising students and less experienced nurses.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer packages.
A strong commitment to clinical excellence and professional development.
