Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre - Cardiac Care Unit Salary: $100,343 - $107,279 p.a. (Pro Rata) RN/M2A | Full Time - Ongoing Flinders Medical Centre are looking for a dedicated and skilled Nurse to join their Cardiac Care team!
About the role:
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, this role is responsible for patients in the Cardiac Care Unit.
Duties for the role will include:
Assess individual patient/client needs, plan, implement and/or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options including other disciplines or agencies. Oversee the provision of nursing/midwifery care within a team/unit. Budget preparation, monitoring and reporting and adherence to resources allocations. About you:
Be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate. Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post-registration experience. Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses. The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
