The ANUM must demonstrate safe clinical and time management skills while working collaboratively as a team member. The ANUM is responsible for the coordination and organization of staff and resources to ensure the delivery of quality and safe person-centered care. The ANUM accepts the responsibility of coordinating the Unit in the absence of the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and may work higher duties of an After-Hours Coordinator.Details of Appointment:Permanent part-time position working 64 hours per fortnight.YW11 - YW12 dependent on experience, as per award.About CHRH:Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organization that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne.
