In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing services across various healthcare settings while supporting the leadership and operational responsibilities of the Nurse Unit Manager.
As a proficient practitioner, you will contribute to the guidance and development of less experienced staff and ensure continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with your team.
As an ANUM, you will also play a vital role in implementing practice changes, managing ward operations, and contributing to key administrative functions such as recruitment, rostering, and performance management.

About You We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM).
To thrive in this role, you will demonstrate:
