Benalla Health is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our Acute Unit (Part Time & Full time Hours Available).
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager position is a key role within the Acute Unit in the mentoring and leading of nursing staff to provide high quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities of the role include: Mentor and lead the nursing staff to provide high quality care to patients.Coordinate aspects of care.Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their goals are heard and their rights are respected.Counsel patients and provide appropriate health education.Carry out day-to-day management of the unit in the absence of the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM).Why choose Benalla Health?
