As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), you ensure all consumers are receiving the highest level of personal and clinical care.
You contribute to an environment that is conducive to person centred care which fosters a culture of consumer engagement and partnership.
You are responsible for delivering safe and effective personal care and clinical care, in accordance with the consumer's needs, goals and preferences to optimise their health and well-being.
You provide leadership and professional expertise to nursing and support staff working in the clinical unit/department.
You facilitate the development of clinical and management skills in all staff placed under your responsibility.
You actively participate in the quality, safety and risk management programs for the clinical unit/department.
