What are we looking for?
We are now seeking a talented and qualified Associate to join our Perth Medical Law practice.
We are open to flexible work discussions; this role is a permanent full-time opportunity.
Our Lawyers in the Medical Law teams across the country assist clients who are impacted by medical negligence (also known as medical malpractice).
This is the failure from a health-care provider, including GPs, dentists, and specialists, to treat clients with reasonable skill and care, causing an injury as a result.
The successful person in this position will work closely with an established team across a range of Medical Law matters and will take carriage of a file load.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to work with some incredibly talented and like-minded team members.
Critical to the role will be forging strong links with internal and external stakeholders.
