About the RoleAs the Associate Mechanical Director, you will play a pivotal role in the Engineering & Building Services sector.
Requirements for this Role
Work Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience in mechanical engineering or related fields. Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and understanding of engineering principles and practices. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and apply engineering principles to solve problems. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and experience with project timelines and deliverables. Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor engineers and drafters. Preferred Qualifications:
