About the Company A multidisciplinary consulting firm working on tier 1 projects, specialising in various areas such as building services engineering, sustainability, ICT, and fire engineering for the property and construction industries.
About the Role As the Associate Mechanical Director, you will play a pivotal role in the Engineering & Building Services sector.
Requirements for this Role Work Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience in mechanical engineering or related fields. Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and understanding of engineering principles and practices. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and apply engineering principles to solve problems. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and experience with project timelines and deliverables. Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor engineers and drafters. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
