Associate Manager /Manager, Manufacturing Engineering
in our Moulding Engineering team to drive
prototyping, process development , and support for

If you thrive in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise can make a tangible difference, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Leading Manufacturing Process Development : Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, and documentation to support mask NPI projects in the Moulding factory.
Inspiring and Guiding a Team : Coach and mentor team members to achieve excellence in manufacturing engineering while fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
Collaborating Across Disciplines : Work closely with project stakeholders, customers, and managers across our Product and Supply Chain teams to ensure designs are robust, manufacturable, and meet production demands.
Driving Process Validation and Quality Standards : Lead process validation activities, ensuring compliance with
regulatory and quality standards
while identifying improvements in alignment with
GMP, Six Sigma, and LEAN
methodologies.
Resolving Technical Challenges : Act as a problem-solver for technical issues, prioritizing quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Enhancing Operations : Introduce and maintain production procedures, train teams on new equipment and processes, and contribute to strategic and operational goals.
Let's Talk About Qualifications and Experience:We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (mechanical, industrial, or similar preferred).
Professional Experience : At least 5 years in manufacturing, product development, or process engineering roles, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to mentor and guide teams to success, with experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.
Technical Expertise : Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, process validation, and driving improvements in manufacturing processes.
Project Management : Exceptional ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Stakeholder Engagement : Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience building relationships across functions and organizations.
