This full-time role offers the opportunity to work alongside industry-renowned experts and gain valuable experience in personal injury law.What you'll be doingManage a caseload of personal injury claimsProvide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the litigation processConduct legal research, draft court documents, and negotiate settlements on behalf of clientsCollaborate closely with senior lawyers, counsel, and other team members to deliver the best possible outcomes for clientsMaintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer serviceContribute to the firm's ongoing professional development and knowledge-sharing initiativesWhat we're looking forAdmitted as a lawyer in New South Wales with 2-5 years' post-admission experience in personal injury lawDemonstrated expertise in handling personal injury claims, including strong litigation and negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholdersExceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied caseload efficientlyA passion for delivering outstanding client service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clientsA team-oriented approach and a willingness to contribute to the firm's ongoing developmentWhat we offerAt Turner Freeman, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and collaborative work environment, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
