Job Description As an  Associate  with Arcadia you will be responsible for leading projects, ensuring that they are being run efficiently and to schedule, manage relationships with new and existing clients, and be responsible for the design practices, documentation and quality assurance as well as lifting the operating standards of the studio. In more detail, you will: manage projects across various typologies, budgets and scale that are reflective of the Arcadia brand and design approach; manage designs and design development, including the input and engagement of others within the project team;  undertake and manage landscape architectural duties for projects including site inspections, cost planning, product sourcing, documentation, detailing and specification writing manage consistent quality of deliverables is produced across the studio source new work, write submissions and manage billing information for projects; develop capability and industry understanding through external engagements, and coach others across technical, leadership and professional skills; manage and develop office systems - including quality assurance, workflows, and resourcing. Desired Skills and Experience As an  Associate  you have, or mostly have: 7+ years professional experience in landscape architecture; experience in team and project management, including responsibility for managing projects successfully from concept to delivery; well-developed technical skills in regards to design and construction techniques and programs; proven ability to develop and coach employees; strong team leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of landscape architects with positive results; strong time management skills to ensure projects run to schedule; good communication and presentation skills (both written and oral); Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
