Fixed-term 12 month full-time opportunity working within Finance team based at Qantas Corporate Campus in Mascot.

The Associate - Investment Prioritisation is responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic, transformation and operational projects across the QA organisation. In this role, you will assist with the prioritisation process of projects, ensuring alignment with the organisational goals and objectives. In addition, you will provide project management support, reporting, and quality assurance for the assigned projects through maintenance of templates and trackers.
You'll have:Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, management, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in project management/PMO roles or similar finance roles.Knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).Experience in building business cases, strategies and commercial proposals.Experience in data analysis and presentation of the related insights.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skill.Highly motivated self-starter, able to thrive within to a fast-paced, quickly changing and often ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.Ability to collaborate and influence across different levels and functions of the organisation.Why Qantas?
