About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Interior Designer to join their vibrant studio.
You will be instrumental in leading a variety of exciting projects through all phases, from feasibility studies and sketch design to town planning, construction documentation, and contract administration.

Duties/Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors, including retail, hotel, hospitality, and multi-residential.
Provide guidance and direction to junior team members, helping ensure their growth and development.
Manage client relationships, ensuring their vision is brought to life with exceptional design solutions.
Prepare comprehensive Interior Design documentation, including sketch design, design development, and construction documentation packages.
Confidently lead tender processes and manage on-site construction services.
Actively seek opportunities for professional development through training, briefing sessions, and other learning opportunities.

Your skills and experience:
A portfolio with projects across a diverse project base.
A minimum of 8 years post-graduate local experience.
A minimum of 3 years local experience working in ArchiCAD.
Strong design and presentation skills, demonstrably translated through Sketch Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation packages.
Exceptional ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong technical, construction, and regulatory knowledge.
