If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Franchising Team, led by Guy Cosgrove.We assist franchisors with all life stages of franchise systems, including set up, expansion and succession strategies and have a strong presence in the real estate and fitness sectors.Day to day you will build strong relationships with clients helping to ensure compliance with the Australian Franchising Code of Conduct and the Australian Consumer Law. You will bring a commercial outlook and strong attention to detail when drafting and reviewing contracts and provide practical and common sense compliance and regulatory advice to our clients.We have strong commitment to developing talent at all levels so, along with growing and developing your own skills, you will mentor juniors in the team.Our Franchising team sits within our Corporate and Private practice which, along with Guy, is led by Steve Latham, Ken Petty and Tim Baumann.
